What are your hours?


Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 7:00 pm Saturday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Sunday CLOSED




Can I make an appointment online?


Our online appointment book is not available at this time. You may call us at (312) 346-7000 to book an appointment or walk-in.




Do you take walk-ins?


Yes, simply walk in and we will take care of you! We also take walk-in appointments with your preferred technicion or any other available technicians.




Where are you located?


100 W Randolph St, Suite 117, Chicago, IL 60601 We are located inside the James R. Thompson center, which is directly across from City Hall and on Clark/Lake if you are taking the CTA Blue, Purple, Orange, Pink, Brown, and Green Line trains. Keep in mind that we have two entrances! Our Clark Street entrance is open during our regular hours. Our entrance through the James R. Thompson Center is open from 8:30 am - 6:00 pm. How can I tip my technician?


Gratuity is greatly appreciated by cash or through the technician's Venmo. We also accept it through credit/debit payments with your service(s).




What if I'm late to my appointment?


Please call us at (312) 346-7000 ahead of time to let us know. We offer a grace period of 5-10 mintues from your orginal scheduled time.




Can I book for an event?


Yes! We welcome and arrange all events including office parties, marketing events, birthdays, and other celebrations. Please call us at (312) 346-7000 to book your event.
